FEATURE SHELLUM – Feature on Ana Shellem, who runs boutique shellfish company Shell’em Seafood, with locally harvested shellfish sold directly to 25 different restaurants in Eastern North Carolina. She and her husband live on a boat, harvest the shellfish, deliver the shipments and is working on her first cookbook. Info on her background, how she got into this field, goals, etc.
